2 Minute Recipe for Oreo Stuffed Pancakes
There are so few pancakes in the world that I would not recommend drowning in maple syrup, sugar, and cream for the best experience. One of them is this. You don’t need much else when pillowy smooth, fluffy pancakes are stuffed with sweet, oozy oreo. For a splash of colour and freshness, I sprinkled powdered sugar and oreo crumbs on top. I definitely should have used a little more cream and butter but it is completely optional. The recipe is easy to make and worth your time and taste.
