Ingredients for Seekh Kabab:
- 250 gm minced chicken
- a teaspoon garlic paste
- 10 sprigs coriander leaves
- a teaspoon garam masala powder
- half teaspoon green cardamom
- salt as required
- 2 tablespoon bread crumbs
- one teaspoon ginger paste
- one red onion
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 50 gm butter
- tablespoon (1) lemon juice
Method to make Seekh Kebab:
Step 1 Blend the veggies well:
Wash the veggies, drain the water and start with blending the finely chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves in a blender. Make a thick paste.
Step 2 Blend the minced chicken and add in the spices:
Add in the minced chicken and blend until all the ingredients are well combined. Take this out in a bowl, add all the spices, and mix.
Step 3 Start with sticking kebabs to the skewers:
Now add in the melted butter, lemon juice, and bread crumbs. Combine all these well and let it rest for 30 minutes. Apply some butter on your hands and start sticking the minced chicken mix on the skewers.
Step 4 Start roasting the Kebabs and serve:
Now, you can either put it in an oven or heat a tawa and apply some butter to it. Take each skewer and roast it for 3-5 minutes on the Tawa. Now that your Seekh kebab are ready, serve them with green chutney and sliced onions.
