Actor(Alia) turns producer with her mentor(Karan Joahr)

Jigra’s star-studded production team recently shared a brief animated preview on Instagram, giving fans a nice surprise and a glimpse into the interesting world of the film. The anime-inspired design of the video, which shows an animated Alia Bhatt playing what seems to be the role of a protector, caught the attention of many viewers right away.

Jigra, which unites the creative forces of Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions, is a highly anticipated film that is produced by a formidable lineup that includes Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia, and Somen Mishra. The talented Vasan Bala will helm the movie, which will premiere in theatres on September 27, 2024.

One of the movie’s producers, Karan, couldn’t contain his joy as he shared the news on Instagram. He wrote on Facebook, “My Jigra, Alia, is back once more on this extraordinary story directed by Vasan. “A tale of unwavering love and unwavering bravery!”

Alia, who not only plays a key part as a producer but also performs in the movie, shared her excitement about it on Instagram. Presenting Jigra, a film made by Dharma Productions and Eternal Sunshine Productions and directed by the incredibly brilliant Vasan. In many respects, it feels like I’ve come full circle from my beginnings, from my acting debut in a Dharma production to our current collaboration on a film. As we work to bring this movie to reality, every day is unique, exciting, difficult (and occasionally terrifying), and I can’t wait to share more as we go.

Fans are intrigued by the brief animated clip that was posted on social media and are eagerly anticipating further information about the plot of the movie and Alia’s role as a protector. Although not much is known about Jigra, it appears from the voiceover that Alia’s character is speaking with an unidentified person who she assures would be protected because they are both wearing rakhis that bear Jigra’s name. This may be a brother-sister relationship, and the dismal, dark aesthetics imply that Alia, as the sister, must save a loved one from the dangers of the outside world.

Jigra, which is getting ready for its September 27, 2024, theatrical debut, promises to be a stunning addition to Alia’s filmography and an enthralling cinematic experience for viewers everywhere. There will undoubtedly be more information and disclosures about this fascinating undertaking, which unites skill, bravery, and unbreakable love on the silver screen.
