Heavy Rain Alert in Sindh Punjab & KP
According to the weather report, some parts of Sindh — like Tharparkar, Umerkot, Badin, Dadu, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Larkana, Kashmore, Shikarpur, and nearby areas — may get rain with strong winds on Monday.
Today, the rest of Sindh is hot and humid.
Earlier, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said that monsoon rains will likely get stronger across the country starting from July 5 because moist winds are entering the region.
The weather office also said that rain is expected in the northeast and south of Balochistan from July 6 to July 8.
In Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rain with wind and thunderstorms is expected from July 5 to July 10. Some areas may get heavy or even very heavy rain during this time, with breaks in between.
Punjab and Islamabad will also get rain with wind or thunder from July 5 to July 10, with some heavy rain in certain areas.
In southern Punjab, areas like Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, D.G. Khan, Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Layyah are expected to receive rain from July 6 to July 8.
