According to the new rule, sealed envelopes with certificates will not be accepted anymore. Instead, all verifications will happen through an online system.

The IBCC has asked all Sindh education boards to connect with its platform for smooth online verification. Right now, the system is being used by the Karachi Matric Board, Sukkur Education Board, and Ziauddin Board.

Other boards in Sindh have been told to upload and digitize their records quickly so they can also join the online system.
