Humaira Asghar Found Dead in Locked Karachi Apartment
The body of Pakistani actor Humaira Asghar Ali was discovered in her apartment in DHA Phase-VI, Karachi, on Tuesday.
A police officer said that the 35-year-old actor had been living alone in that apartment for the last seven years.
According to the police, Humaira had not paid rent since 2024, and the apartment owners had taken her to court for not paying on time.
A court officer (called a bailiff) went to the apartment in Ittehad Commercial Area and found her body in a decomposed state.

The police have started an investigation. They said her body has been taken to the morgue for further tests.
Police also said they have called her family, but no one has come yet to claim the body.
The exact cause of death is still unknown and will only be clear after a chemical examination report.

Police are looking at all possible reasons to understand what happened.
