Scarlett Johansson Confronts Paparazzi on Paper Tiger Set in NYC
Scarlett Johansson Snaps at Paparazzi While Filming James Gray’s ‘Paper Tiger’ in NYC
NEW YORK – Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson was caught in a tense moment with paparazzi while filming her upcoming movie Paper Tiger in New York City on Thursday.
Fresh off the global success of Jurassic World Rebirth and the Cannes premiere of her directorial debut Eleanor the Great, the Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning actor has now begun work on Paper Tiger, a crime drama written and directed by James Gray. Despite the buzz, Johansson appears determined to keep the project under wraps.
According to international media reports, the Black Widow actor was spotted on set dressed in a retro costume — short curly wig, glasses, brown blazer, and a white button-down — when she noticed a paparazzo filming her during a scene.
Agitated, Johansson shouted at the photographer: “Move out of the f–king way, move out of the way. I’m working.” She added, “I get that you’re working, but let me do my job. Be respectful,” while motioning them to leave.
The dramatic confrontation highlighted Johansson’s desire to maintain privacy and professionalism while shooting.
Paper Tiger stars Johansson alongside Adam Driver and Miles Teller in lead roles. Further details about the plot remain under wraps, and a release date has not yet been announced.
