Ozzy Doc Pulled from BBC

Ozzy Doc Pulled from BBC

According to UK media outlets, BBC was set to air ‘Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home’ today, August 18; however, it was removed from the schedule without any reason provided.

While a BBC spokeswoman confirmed the development, she fell short of providing the reason for the decision.

“The film has moved in the schedules, and we’ll confirm new TX details in due course,” said the spokeswoman.

The documentary, sharing insights into the last years of the late Black Sabbath frontman, also features his wife Sharon and children Jack and Kelly.

The documentary was initially a 10-part series titled ‘Home to Roost,’ following the Osbourne family’s return from Los Angeles to the UK.

Ozzy Osbourne’s final message for fans before death revealed

However, the BBC changed it into a single-hour documentary after Ozzy Osbourne’s health declined.

The hard-rock legend died on July 22 at the age of 72 due to a heart attack.

Ozzy Osbourne had been suffering from many diseases, including coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease, for years.

The late singer was buried on July 31 at his Buckinghamshire home, a day after his wife Sharon and four of his six children – Aimee, Kelly, Jack, and Louis – led the tributes to the Prince of Darkness at a procession in his hometown.
