Another day, another famous person handling trolling in their own unique style. Sajal Aly, the well-known and adored actor, was recently the object of some trolling. The celebrity uploaded a raw photo of herself to Instagram. She was decked up in a white shalwar and a light blue kameez with a dupatta. With her head tilted, the actor looked directly into the camera while experimenting with her hair, a small smile adorning her face.
While many people, including singer Aima Baig, found the photo to be beautiful, some others felt that the post was the best place to ask the celebrity the most bizarre questions. “LOVE this look,” Aima complimented the actor. Referring to an earlier quote by Sajal, “Once a queen said, ‘Don’t fall in love, always rise in love,'” another person spoke. In response, the actor said, “Always!”
But when more and more comments began to come in, things started to go wrong. “Hire me to be your Instagram manager, Sajal. You really are capable of more than this,” an Instagram user commented. With grace, the celebrity retaliated, saying, “My goal is to improve my life in general, my love. That’s what my focus is!” Love, don’t worry.” “Sajal, post a better picture in this dress!” exclaimed a different user. Sajal, you really ought to upload better photos. You are so lovely.” The actor responded to this by asking, “My darling, what does it mean to make a better picture? Furthermore, I’m grateful.
Another user on Instagram remarked on how good her content was, asking whether anybody else thought Sajal should be posting better photos on the platform. She doesn’t even have the best Instagram style among influencers.” The actor responded by saying, “There is a world beyond Instagram aesthetics.” But there seemed to be one particularly inappropriate comment—all capital letters—that stood out the most. An Instagram user commented, “Get married, the day of judgment is near.” Sajal responded, “What’s marriage got to do with the day of judgement, my brother?”
Sajal, all things considered, handled the matter quite skillfully and with a good degree of elegance. This back and forth sparks more extensive discussions about the latitude audiences have to make nasty or personal remarks without considering that there is a real person on the other end.
