Aroob Jatoi Gets Bail in Ducky Bhai Case

Court Grants Pre-Arrest Bail to Ducky Bhai’s Wife Aroob Jatoi

In a recent development, a court has approved pre-arrest bail for Aroob Jatoi, wife of popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, preventing authorities from arresting her until 30 August.

The court also instructed Aroob Jatoi to cooperate with the ongoing investigation, while directing the investigating officer to submit a detailed report by the next hearing. The interim relief was granted by an Additional Sessions Judge after reviewing her bail application.

During the proceedings, Aroob Jatoi was represented by her lawyers, Irfan Kalyat and Raja Abdul Rahman Ranjha.

The case stems from a money laundering investigation led by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) against Ducky Bhai. He was arrested at Lahore Airport for allegedly promoting online gambling platforms and acting as the “country manager” for an illegal betting app.

According to NCCIA, the inquiry began on 13 June 2025, following reports that several social media influencers were encouraging followers to invest in gambling apps for personal gain. These promotions, authorities say, caused many ordinary citizens—already struggling financially—to suffer significant losses.

Investigators claim Ducky Bhai actively urged the public to invest through platforms like Binomo, which reportedly collected millions of rupees but later defrauded users by refusing payouts. The app itself is not registered in Pakistan, NCCIA confirmed.

“Despite repeated summons, Ducky Bhai allegedly refused to cooperate with the inquiry. His name was added to the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL), and he was later intercepted at Allama Iqbal International Airport while attempting to travel abroad,” NCCIA officials stated.
