Azerbaijan Welcomes Pakistani Tourists with Easy E-Visa Process

Visa Updates for Pakistani Citizens
Pakistanis planning a trip to Azerbaijan can now apply for an e-visa online via the official “ASAN Visa” system (evisa.gov.az )
There are two options:
Standard Visa: Single-entry, 30-day stay, $20 (≈ Rs 5,560) plus $5 (≈ Rs 1,390) service fee. Processing takes 3–5 working days.
Urgent Visa: Single-entry, 30-day stay, $50 (≈ Rs 13,900). Processing completed in 3–5 hours.
The e-visa is valid for 90 days, but entry is subject to conditions under Azerbaijan’s Migration Code.

For comparison, Bahrain continues to offer an easy online and on-arrival visa process for Pakistani travelers. In August 2025, Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior confirmed that qualified Pakistani applicants can plan their trips using the updated e-visa system.
