BISP Dynamic Survey Free Registration & Rs13500 Aid for Deserving Families

ISLAMABAD – The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has launched an easy and free registration process for all poor and deserving families in Pakistan.

Under the BISP Dynamic Survey, eligible families can now get quarterly financial aid between Rs10,500 and Rs13,500, depending on their level of need.

Who Can Apply?
The survey is open in all provinces of Pakistan. Only truly poor and deserving families will be included. This is to make sure the help goes to the right people.

How to Register?
People must visit their nearest BISP Tehsil Office and find the Dynamic Registration Desk.

Bring the following documents:

Original CNIC

B-Form (from NADRA) for children

Latest electricity bill

Working mobile phone number

You will get a survey token and wait for your turn. In the registration room, a staff member will ask questions about your family and income. You will also give a thumbprint to confirm your identity.

After completing the survey, you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171. If you are selected, you will later get a message from 811 for payment details.

Important Points:
Registration is completely free.

No one is allowed to charge any fee.

BISP warns people to stay away from fake SMS and scammers. Always trust messages from official BISP numbers only.

New Update from August 13, 2025:
Starting from August 13, BISP will launch Sahulat Accounts. This will enable beneficiaries to receive money directly into their chosen bank accounts, making payments safer and easier.

Skill Program for Families:
BISP has also started the Benazir Hunarmand Program. This gives vocational training to poor people so they can learn new skills, get jobs, and earn money.

Why This Matters:
The BISP Dynamic Survey is a big step toward updating Pakistan’s National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER). It helps make sure that financial aid only goes to the most needy families in the country.
