‘Student of the Year’ marked Alia Bhatt’s acting debut alongside Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra
After thanking the actor for giving her a kitten when they were dating, Alia Bhatt showered admiration on her former partner Sidharth Malhotra.
Sidharth and Varun Dhawan, a close friend, are scheduled to make an appearance on the well-known discussion show Koffee With Karan.
Hindustan Times reports that the actress will appear in a video link at the event alongside co-stars from her debut film, Student of the Year.
Speaking of her past romantic partner, Alia remarked, “Sid is a pretty amazing vocalist. This is the innate Punjabi in him; he is a really healthy individual and doesn’t party at all, yet he is the greatest guy to start a party.”
The actress from Gangubai said, “Sid takes a while to open up, so there is a distance, says hi hello, very chivalrous, very well mannered, that’s generally how he is.”
“First and foremost, he has incredibly friendly and kind eyes. That’s also the reason he has such a large fan base,” she said.
According to Alia, she still treasures a unique gift that Sidharth gave her. “I am very thankful to Sid, because he has given me the first love of my life, Edward [her cat].”
