Recently, data about the daily wages of laborers across the nation was released by the Bureau of Statistics. They discovered that a worker daily salary is around Rs. 1134.

Workers in major cities like Islamabad and Rawalpindi receive the highest wages, up to Rs. 1500 a day. However, the daily pay in regions like Larkana is Rs. 800 less.

The daily earnings in other cities also vary. Workers in Quetta earn about Rs. 1441 a day on average. In Faisalabad and Gujranwala, it is around Rs. 1200. Bannu provides Rs. 900 per day, whereas Peshawar pays about Rs. 1000. It is Rs. 900 and Rs. 932 in Bahawalpur and Multan, respectively.

Additionally, the data reveals that masons get the highest average daily salary of Rs. 1831, followed by plumbers at Rs. 1659 and painters at around Rs. 1601.
