Humans are blessed, by god, with the skills of craftsmanship. This is the ability that makes a person a special human being. Craft is the proficiency in which people make handmade things by using different tools such as cardboard, box, papers, paints, etc. Some examples of crafts are purse, jewelry box, pencil holder, etc. It sets up the layout, for the profession, because people usually select crafts over the sketches and painting. Pakistan has one of the largest craftsmanship industries. There exist a lot of women in Karachi and in interior Sindh who make stuff by their hands and trade them. Sindhi people make a bunch of handicraft creations by utilizing different types of equipment especially jute, beats, needles, and colors. They prepare bulks of rugs, stools, chadar and their work serves as one of the finest qualities. These people work as small-scale labor in the industries.
On the primary level, they learn how to grip a needle and how to thread a needle because they mainly work by sewing. Some of the famous handicrafts of Sindh are chadars, Sindhi topi, ajrak, and bags. In small regions, people are more efficient as a craftsman as compared to those living in cities. There are famous institutions in Karachi which offer craftsmanship courses, such as; Arts Council Institute of Art and Craft (ACIAC), Central Institute of Art and Craft, Karachi Schools Of Art (KSA), and Memon Foundation. The handicrafts of Pakistan are famous for their enchanting embellishment, attractive colors, and bewitching textures. In many regions of Pakistan, they have their own individual handicrafts heritage.
