Human Remains Found in Tesla Registered to Singer D4vd, Authorities Investigating
Los Angeles – Police discovered human remains in the trunk of a Tesla registered to New York-born singer David Anthony Burke, 20, professionally known as D4vd, after responding to a report of a foul odor from an impounded vehicle on Monday afternoon. The vehicle was located at the 1000 block of N. Mansfield Avenue.
An LAPD spokesperson confirmed that the Tesla, belonging to the ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer, had been impounded at the location for several days before the discovery. The remains were found inside a bag in the front trunk of the car. Authorities have not yet released details about the identity of the deceased.
D4vd’s representatives stated that the singer is fully cooperating with investigators. “D4vd has been informed about what’s happened. And, although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities,” they said.
The singer is scheduled to perform in Minneapolis on Tuesday night as part of his ‘Withered’ tour, which is set to continue in Los Angeles on September 20.
