During his visit to the UK, Prince Harry is reportedly scheduled to hold another official and short encounter with King Charles.
When King Charles revealed that he had cancer in February, the Duke of Sussex left the United States and returned to the United Kingdom to be with his father.
Harry and the King supposedly had a thirty-minute talk when he arrived in London—the pair’s first meaningful private conversation in more than a year.
Prince Harry arrived at Clarence House at 3:15 p.m., straight from his Heathrow arrival to see his father. But only thirty minutes later, at about quarter to four, the King and Queen were seen leaving Clarence House and waving to cheering fans.
Harry won’t find it quite as tough to see his father, despite the fact that their connection is tainted with suffering and resentment. However, Charles is more understanding than William since he understands that Harry had a rough upbringing for which he, Charles, shared some of the blame “Mr. Quinn exclusively told The Mirror.
The father-son pair may meet, he said later, adding, “That said, the meeting between Harry and his father King Charles will be short and formal, simply because any difficult conversations could lead to complaints being widely broadcast when Harry gets back to the States.”
Mr. Quinn continued by stating: “Just as with the relationship with William, Harry‘s relationship with his father has been badly damaged by the publication of Spare and Harry and Meghan’s various interviews – both William and Charles are always going to worry that they can’t say anything privately and off the record to Harry without the real risk that he will go public on anything and everything.”
