The shameful, false accusations’ that Kangana Ranaut eats beef are untrue

Actor-politician Kangana Ranaut has resorted to X (previously Twitter) to confront and refute rumors circulating on social media that she consumes beef. The vocal Bollywood star strongly refuted the unfounded claims making the rounds on the internet and emphasized her devotion to an Ayurvedic and yoga lifestyle.

“It is shameful that completely baseless rumours are being spread about me. Such tactics won’t work to tarnish my image. I have been advocating and promoting yogic and Ayurvedic way of life for decades,” Ranaut said in a recent tweet. “I don’t consume beef or any other kind of red meat.” I am a proud Hindu, and nothing can ever deceive my folks, who know me well.”

Ranaut’s explanation follows the resurgence of a previous tweet from 2019, which some people used to spread rumors about her eating habits. Written in the third person, the aforementioned tweet detailed Ranaut’s journey into vegetarianism and her dedication to leading a yogic lifestyle. It stated, “Eating beef or any other type of meat is not unhealthy. Religion is not the issue! It’s no secret that Kangana became a vegetarian and a yogi eight years ago. She is still not a monotheistic believer. Conversely, her brother consumes meat. The actor, however, vehemently refuted the sentiments stated in the previous tweet, highlighting the fact that her own convictions are in line with Hinduism’s core values.

Ranaut used her platform to refute the false information. Ranaut just entered politics as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency in Himachal Pradesh. As part of her campaign for the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2024, she conducted a roadshow around the city, where she reaffirmed her commitment to defending the interests of the people of Mandi and garnered support from constituents.

Ranaut emphasized the difficulties she encountered as an outsider while looking back on her career in the film business, especially in light of her native tongue and rural upbringing. She emphasized her unshakable resolve to excel in the face of adversity and showed pride in her Mandi ancestry while suffering hardship.

Ranaut is still making waves in the political and entertainment worlds with her most recent film, Tejas, and her next film, Emergency, which is based on the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
