Rescue officials said that in the Zoro Dera area of Buner district, an accident happened where five family members died. Four of them were women, and one was a 12-year-old child.
Eight other people were hurt and taken quickly to Dagar hospital for treatment.
Earlier, near Chakhar in Jhelum Valley, a school van fell into a deep ravine. About 30 people, including schoolchildren, were hurt.
The police said the injured were taken to the District Headquarters Hospital in Hattian Bala. The van driver and two children are in serious condition, and doctors are worried about their health.
In another accident, four people, including a child, died and two others were hurt when a car fell into a ravine in Dera Ismail Khan.

Among those who died were two brothers and a seven-year-old child. The injured people were taken to a nearby hospital, and doctors said they are now stable.
