1. Get a gas cylinder
When put properly, they are completely safe and serve as a great backup in the present gas environment. When all else fails and deep frying is the only option, a gas cylinder may be a lifesaver in the kitchen. Sure, using it with only one burner can be slow work and require you to reposition the burner in an inconvenient spot.

An air fryer can save your bacon if you’re prepared to give up deep frying and can afford the operating costs. You won’t be able to make pakoras anymore, and your samosas and spring rolls might not be as crispy, but you can still make something delicious without splattering oil everywhere. Bonus? It isn’t as overly filling as its deep-fried equivalent, and it uses a lot less oil.
3. Microwave porridge
It is not necessary to panic if your gas decides to shut off at sehri time. The best buddy you have is the microwave. To create a basic cup of porridge, combine your oats, milk, and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for one or two minute bursts, or to the consistency you like. You may have the ideal dinner to last you till iftar if you serve it with an apple or banana and add some almonds.
4. Keep it simple
When you have gas, prepare a straightforward supper for iftar, such rice and chicken. With no indigestion from a table full of fried foods, you will leave feeling satisfied. Bonus? When your gas supply runs out in the morning, you may use the remaining chicken, mayonnaise, cucumber, and lettuce to make a sandwich that is high in carbs, protein, and veggies for sehri. It might not be as important as your omelette and paratha, but it will suffice.
