Fortnite Launches Interactive Daft Punk Experience
Fortnite players now have the chance to step inside the world of Daft Punk with the new Daft Punk Experience event. The event banner appears on the game’s home screen, inviting fans to join the immersive musical adventure. If the banner doesn’t appear, players can find it on the “By Epic” page under the Daft Punk Experience tile.
Once inside, gamers are treated to an exciting cinematic introduction that sets the stage for the main event. The animation shows players picking up a damaged helmet and being transported into a pyramid, a nod to Daft Punk’s iconic stage designs.
The main arena is divided into four colorful zones—Red, Blue, Green, and Purple—each offering a unique musical experience with activities and rewards:
Dream Chamber Studios (Blue): Create your own Daft Punk mixes.
Robot Rock Arena (Green): Battle robots armed with music blasters.
Daft Club (Red): Dance and enjoy the music in a chill arena.
Around the World (Purple): Build a LEGO version of the famous “Around the World” video; this room is on the lower floor.
Alive 2007 Arena: Listen to Daft Punk’s iconic discography in the main arena.
Players can enjoy hits like Get Lucky and Alive while completing specific objectives to earn free cosmetics and bonus XP.
Quests and Rewards:
Attend The Daft Punk Experience Premiere: 5,000 XP
Complete a quest in all 5 rooms: 10,000 XP
Starting the event and watching the opening cinematic automatically completes the first quest. If this doesn’t register, players can head to the lower floor’s Around the World room and use the opposite-side entrance to finish the mission.
