Gwyneth Paltrow Joins Astronomer Amid CEO Scandal

Gwyneth Paltrow Becomes Temporary Spokesperson for Astronomer After CEO Scandal

Boston, July 26 – Hollywood star and businesswoman Gwyneth Paltrow has joined the tech company Astronomer as a temporary spokesperson. Her new role comes just two weeks after a viral scandal involving the company’s former CEO and its Chief People Officer.

In a short video shared on Astronomer’s social media, Paltrow introduced herself by saying, “Hi, I’m Gwyneth Paltrow. I’ve been hired on a very temporary basis to speak on behalf of the 300-plus employees at Astronomer.”

The actress, who is also the ex-wife of Coldplay singer Chris Martin, spoke about the company’s work and upcoming plans. She was also asked to respond to the top question about the scandal: “OMG! What the actual f—?” But instead of addressing the drama directly, she kept the focus on Astronomer’s future.

What Happened?
The controversy started on July 16, during a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Boston. Astronomer’s then CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were caught on the venue’s “kiss cam” in an intimate moment.

The moment became awkward when Chris Martin himself noticed the pair on the big screen and commented, “Oh, what… either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy.”

After the video went viral, online users quickly identified Byron and Cabot. Astronomer later confirmed their identities.

Reports say both Byron and Cabot were married to other people. Following the public backlash, both have resigned from their positions at Astronomer.
