Blueberries contain vitamins A and C and antioxidant anthocyanins that are beneficial to protect your skin and combat stress.

Nuts
Nuts are very beneficial for our skin due to their significant properties, Nuts contain plenty of vitamin E, which helps your skin tissue to repair, keep it moisturised, and protect it from UV. Nuts also have anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids in skin cells.
