Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to de-seal the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf central secretariat.
During a hearing of the PTI petition to de-seal its office, the IHC overturned the orders of the CDA and directed the authority to immediately re-open it.
The court also directed the PTI to put in place fire safety measures in the building within a week. The court stated that the PTI had agreed with the CDA officials to make various arrangements, including the installation of a fire extinguisher on every floor and a fire pump on the roof.
