Imran is criticized by the PPP chairman for going to the IMF and for putting politics ahead of the interests of the country

Bilawal observes Alvi entangled in a judicial dispute about constitutional violations

Following the February 8 elections, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has vehemently denied any allegations of election tampering, claiming that political parties are utilizing these allegations as a kind of blackmail, which the PPP will not accede to.

Speaking to the media following his condolences to the family of a party member who was slain on Saturday while electioneering in New Karachi at the age of twelve, Bilawal questioned the veracity of claims of election rigging. “Was my Larkana seat rigged?” he asked political parties, challenging them to name the seats they claimed were rigged.

Bilawal emphasized the PPP’s assertion of victory in Karachi’s PS-124 and PS-125 provincial seats, which are based on Form-45. But he claimed that voting manipulation had unfairly awarded these seats to other contenders. “We’ll use evidence to win a court case. “We will announce the next course of action if justice is not served,” he said.

In response to Shehbaz Sharif, the PML-N’s nominee for prime minister, Bilawal conjectured that Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), may have chosen not to run for office. He emphasized that the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), which is aligned with PTI-affiliated independent candidates, ought to be honest with its supporters when they claim they do not have the majority in the National Assembly.

In terms of economic issues, Bilawal criticized Imran Khan’s letter-writing strategy to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), claiming that it will actually make unemployment and inflation worse rather than better. Bilawal charged that Khan put politics ahead of the interests of the country.

In response to reports of violent incidents during the election, Bilawal declared that a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) will be established following the creation of the Sindh administration. According to him, the JIT’s mission is to look into violent occurrences that occurred during the election campaign and ensure that those responsible receive harsh punishment in line with the law.

Bilawal promised to stop these kinds of things from happening again.
