After being married, where did Nita, the wife of Asia's richest man Mukesh Ambani, work?

Nita Ambani, the wife of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, previously disclosed that she continued to work after being married to Asia’s wealthiest person, despite only receiving INR800 a month for her labor.

Recently, a previously unreleased video of the Ambanis’ chat with Indian talk show presenter and actress Simi Garewal surfaced. In it, Nita said that she carried on working after being married to the chairman of Reliance Industries.

In the video, Nita said that, following a three-week relationship, she began her professional career as a teacher at Sunflower Nursery within a year of marrying Mukesh in 1985.

Following her statement that she got paid INR800 a month, Nita remarked, “People used to laugh at me at that time but I think it gave me a lot of satisfaction.”

Since it was published on Instagram, the outdated video from Garewal’s show “Rendezvous with Simi Garewal” has received more than 3.3 million views.

After the wealthy couple threw lavish pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar, Gujarat, for their son Anant Ambani and his fiancée Radhika Merchant, the video made a reappearance.

The wealthiest entrepreneurs and celebrities in the world, including former White House advisor Ivanka Trump, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, and CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg, were there for the three-day event.

The Ambanis spent about INR1,259 crore on the pre-wedding celebrations.
