Jason Momoa has recently stated he called Marvel actor Chris Hemsworth to get in shape for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

Jason stated, “I actually called Chris to help me get ready for Aquaman,” in an interview with Extra prior to the release of the Aquaman sequel.

Jason gave the publication an explanation of why he went to Chris for assistance, saying, “Chris created the fitness website and app Centr, which entails workouts, recipes, and meditations.”

“It’s fantastic,” said the actor from Dune.

“In my opinion, he is the embodiment of physical fitness,” Chris said. He looks amazing.

Jason clarified a few other things throughout the conversation regarding a TikTok video that Chris had uploaded that included an Aquaman 2 superhero outfit with artificial muscle padding.

Jason said it quite clearly: “There is no beef.” He triumphs, he triumphs. It was meant to be a jest.

“It’s friendship,” he said.

“We just get a kick out of it because I’m definitely not as big as him,” Jason continued. Being that large requires me to wear a suit.

“It’s just more of protecting yourself so you can do the stunts,” Jason said when discussing his workout regimen for Aquaman 2.

“It’s more about just padding up and making sure that you’re flexible, but I enjoy the fighting aspect of it and training with the stuntmen,” he said.

On December 22, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will open in theaters.
