Two Dead in Karachi Motorcycle-Trailer Crash, Child Among Two Killed in Thatta
Karachi — A tragic road accident in Karachi claimed two lives after a motorcycle, traveling at high speed, lost control and went into the wrong lane before slipping under a trailer.
According to rescue officials, the horrifying crash was caught on video and has since gone viral on social media. The footage shows the motorcycle swerving off a road divider and into the opposite lane just moments before the collision.
Police confirmed that both victims’ bodies have been moved to the hospital, while the trailer driver has been taken into custody. Efforts are underway to identify the deceased.
In a separate incident near Gharo in Thatta, two more people, including a five-year-old girl, were killed when a speeding mini-truck ran them over. The victims were identified as Shoaib Chandio and his niece, Iqra.
Police have launched investigations into both accidents.
