Khawaja Nafay, a promising player from the Quetta Gladiators team, recently spoke about his admiration for some top batsmen from Pakistan and India. He mentioned that Babar Azam and Rohit Sharma are his favorite batsmen, and he looks up to them for inspiration, especially wanting to play like Babar Azam.
Even though he’s focused on playing in the ongoing PSL matches, Nafay dreams of representing his country one day. He also praised Shaheen Shah Afridi, a key bowler for Pakistan, for supporting him and boosting his confidence.
Nafay recalled a recent match where he performed well against Shaheen Shah Afridi’s team, Lahore Qalandars. He shared his strategy of concentrating on the ball during the game, without getting nervous even when facing famous bowlers.
