Taylor Swift may have contributed to the transformation, according to Lana Del Rey, who revealed her weight loss techniques.
After seeming notably thinner after her headline Coachella performance last month, the “Video Games” singer aroused rumors regarding her weight.
The 38-year-old’s possible use of Ozempic injections, a weight management method favored by celebs like Oprah Winfrey and Sharon Osbourne, was even conjectured by fans.
Lana refused to respond to questions about her looks, including those that surfaced last week when she was spotted walking the red carpet at the Met Gala.
But in a social media post, Lana Del Rey alluded to the cause of her weight loss.
Lana shared a set of pictures on Instagram, and one of them had her wearing a Dogpound sweatshirt, which suggested that she might have worked with Taylor’s go-to personal trainers to lose weight.
The official Dogpound Instagram page appeared to validate Lana’s use of their workout services by commenting on her post with the hashtag “Fammm,” which added credence to this theory.
Moreover, they captioned Lana’s photo, “Guess who in the new new for summer?” on their Instagram Stories.
The Mirror claims that Dogpound creator Kirk Meyers is Taylor Swift’s personal trainer.
Adriana Lima of Victoria’s Secret Angels and Kaia Gerber are among the many celebrities he has trained. Hugh Jackman is another.
Famous for songs like “Cruel Summer,” Taylor looked to Kirk for advice as she prepared for her far-reaching Eras Tour, which kicked out last year.
Under Meyers’ guidance, Swift commits to rigorous two-hour workouts six days a week.
