On Wednesday, The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) announced a price increase for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for the month of July. The LPG ascends by Rs18.83 per kilogram.
According to the notification, the price of domestically manufactured LPG increased by Rs222.28 for every 11.8 kilogram cylinder.
After the price increase, the LPG cylinder would be available in the open market for Rs1,888.57 in July, compared to Rs1,667.29 in June.
A commercial cylinder will now cost Rs7,040 after an increase of Rs276.
For the month of July, the per Metric Ton (MT) LPG pricing has been set at Rs160,133.40. In June, the commodities sale price per metric tonne was Rs141,295.32.
Furthermore, Marketing companies have increased the price of liquid petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs6.09 per kg. In contrast, the LPG ascends by Rs18.83 per kilogram.
