Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Not more than 45 years old at the time of application.
- For the master’s degree program, applicants should have a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honors) or a minimum CGPA of 3.5 at the undergraduate degree level.
- Proof of English Language Proficiency:
- IELTS (minimum total score 6.0)
- TOEFL paper-based test (score of 500) or internet-based test (score of 70)
- Degrees obtained with English as the medium of instruction (evidence required)
- Excellent health certified by a doctor/physician. The cost of the medical check-up shall be borne by the applicant.
- Scholars must undertake full-time study for postgraduate programs at selected Higher Learning Institutions.
- Applications are open to candidates who have received offer letters from Malaysian universities but have not yet started their studies or those who have registered for no more than one semester for a master’s degree.
