The famous American boxer Muhammad Ali, who passed away in 2016, will be honored after his death by being included in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Hall of Fame Class of 2024.
This announcement was made by the organization on Monday. They said that the ceremony to honor him will happen on April 5 during the WrestleMania 40 weekend in Philadelphia.
Muhammad Ali, who was a big name in sports, died when he was 74 years old. He once appeared as a special referee in the first-ever WrestleMania event. In that match, Hulk Hogan and Mr. T fought against “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff in a tag-team match.
