NADRA Introduces Multiple Fee Payment Options for Citizens
ISLAMABAD – The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has made it easier for citizens to pay application fees by introducing several convenient payment methods.
According to details, applicants can now deposit fees directly in cash at the relevant NADRA office. Payments can also be made through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or E-Sahulat outlets, eliminating unnecessary hassle for citizens.
In addition, NADRA has rolled out a digital payment feature through QR codes. At the time of application submission, staff will provide applicants with a unique QR code, which can be scanned via mobile banking apps to pay the fee instantly—without any extra charges.
These payment options are available nationwide. For complaints, citizens can dial 1777 from their mobile phones, register online through complaints.nadra.govt.pk, or use the Pak ID mobile app.
Earlier, NADRA had revised the NICOP fee structure for Pakistanis living in South Africa. The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) remains a key document that not only recognizes holders as Pakistani citizens but also offers multiple benefits and services. Family members of overseas Pakistanis are also eligible to apply.
