The NFL player and the singer allegedly forced gym patrons to wait outside for “two hours,” according to the media site, which infuriated fans online.
Social media users chastised the pair for abusing their privilege as soon as this news spread.
The gym representative refuted the “false” allegations, stating that they had never had a customer wait more than two hours outside.
US Weekly published the DogPound gym’s statement on March 26.
It says, “At DOGPOUND, we value our members’ experience and have never had anyone wait outside for 2 hours.”
“The story that is now being told in the media is not true to the situation. We don’t have any further remarks to make since we respect our clients’ privacy.”
