The two addressed persistent rumors on their own social media channels.
A flurry of recent rumors have been making the rounds on numerous websites and social media platforms, alleging that well-known Pakistani content creators Momin Saqib and YouTuber Ducky Bhai have had their visa requests for India rejected. These rumors have now been refuted by the people involved, who used social media to explain the situation.
The YouTuber used his Instagram Story to criticize the “fake news” and call out websites with “blue ticks” for spreading it. Ducky Bhai made it plain that there was no validity to the reports that implied visa refusal. Momin also used X (formerly Twitter) to publish an official statement.
The rising singer said, “It’s been reported that my application for an Indian visa was denied. Just to be clear, I haven’t even submitted an application. The need of fact-checking and validating news from reliable sources before disseminating false information should also be emphasized at this time. I’m grateful.
There’s news circulating that my Indian visa got rejected. Just to clear the air, I haven’t even applied yet!
I’d also like to take this opportunity to emphasise on the importance of fact-checking & verifying news from authentic sources before spreading misinformation
Thank you

In addition to dispelling the rumors that the visa application had been denied, Momin’s remark served as a reminder of the value of responsible journalism and fact-checking in the social media age. False information can have serious repercussions in a time when it can spread through digital channels at the speed of light. In addition to damaging reputations, false information has the ability to frighten and perplex the general population.
In order to avoid spreading incorrect information, it is necessary for both news consumers and content providers to use caution, look for information from reputable sources, and perform fact-checking. For information to remain credible in the digital era, ethical journalism and social media behavior are essential.
