Many cities in Punjab, including Sialkot, Gujrat, Chiniot, Kasur, Ferozewala, and Sargodha, had heavy rain with thunder and lightning.
Other cities like Daska, Narowal, Hafizabad, Safdarabad (Khanqah Dogran), Wazirabad, and Sukhiki also got a lot of rain. Areas near Pindi Bhattian and Rojhan were affected too.
In Narowal and nearby places, the weather became pleasant after the rain. Wazirabad saw strong winds along with heavy rain, showing a change in weather.
In Sindh and Balochistan, cities such as Shahdadkot, Qambar, Mehar, Qubo Saeed Khan, and Sujawal Junejo also had medium to heavy rainfall.
Some parts of Karachi had light morning rain on Thursday.

Sibi and the nearby areas also got rain. Heavy rain was reported in Dera Murad Jamali, Chhattar, Manjho Shori, and Nasirabad.
Jacobabad, Jhal Magsi, and Osta Muhammad (including Gandakha and Bagh) also had strong rain and heavy winds.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif told the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), rescue teams, and local authorities to stay alert during the ongoing rains and be ready for emergencies.
He also told them to take safety steps quickly, especially in areas near rivers like the Indus, in case of flooding.
