Pakistan won the match by 9 runs
Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first against the Netherlands. There were some changes in the team. Haris and Zahid Mehmood were the part of today’s ODI match. Debutant Abdullah Shafique got out for 2 runs by Kingma. Fakhar and Babar took charge, but only after a decent innings. Fakhar got out and Babar led the team innings scored a handy 91 runs. Unfortunately, caught and bowled by Netherlands spinner Aryan Dutt. Agha Salman played an inning of 24 runs. Haris, Nawaz, and Wasim made 4, 27 and 11 runs, respectively. Pakistan bowled out for 206 runs after 49.4 overs.
Pakistan started the second innings with a few big wickets from the Netherlands. Naseem shah hold the pose and the Dutch (Netherlands) wickets kept falling. V Singh and Tom Copper scored brilliant fifties, making it easy for the Dutch. Pakistan bowled really well in the death overs and bag a few more Dutch wickets. After 14 runs were required on 6 balls, the Dutch scored a boundary that created a problem for Pakistan. The last player of the Netherlands was standing. Muhammad Wasim bowled a brilliant delivery to knock over the last Dutch soldier, and Pakistan won the match by 9 runs.
