Prime Minister Imran Khan said the global public opinion was changing on the Palestinian issue. Also there were rising voices now that criticized Israeli actions, adding that a day would come when Palestinians; would have their own country.
Speaking on the occasion of Palestine Solidarity Day, the premier said: “I am seeing a very positive development and that is the change in the global public opinion.”

In his address the PM briefed of how he hadn’t seen such level of criticism of the Israeli army. So for its atrocities against Palestinians from Western media newspapers and politicians.
He also mentioned that he didn’t expect for American & western countries to criticize Israel. Certainly this is due to powerful influence of social media.
“A big reason for this change in public opinion is social media. Even if the main[stream] media stops or censors any report, social media is such a force that no one can stop news or communication,” said the prime minister.
“A day will come when Palestinians will get their own country, a just settlement and they will be able to live as equal citizens,” said PM Imran Khan.
Speaking about the protests marched across Pakistan in support of Palestinian People PM said that “I want to pay tribute to you all,” & he was happy to see how everyone has come out to condemn the injustices.
