Sarah Jessica Parker Confirms Brief Romance with Nicolas Cage — He Says She Ghosted Him
Sarah Jessica Parker, 60, has finally confirmed long-standing rumors about her brief romance with Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage, 61. Appearing earlier this week on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Sex and the City star admitted to dating her Honeymoon in Vegas co-star.
“Um, yes, I did,” Parker said candidly when asked if she ever dated Cage.
Just days later, Cage addressed the fling himself, recalling their short-lived relationship and why it fizzled. Speaking to reporters, Cage said he “cared” for Parker but was ghosted after meeting her mother, Barbara Parker, for dinner.
“I recall sitting down with her and her mother at the Russian Tea Room,” Cage shared. “I don’t know if it was my blue Vanson Leather motorcycle jacket — which I still have — or my sinusitis, but I didn’t hear from her again.”
Parker has yet to publicly respond to Cage’s remarks.
The pair starred together in the 1992 rom-com Honeymoon in Vegas, alongside James Caan and Pat Morita.
