Actor Penn Badgley, 38, and his wife, musician Domino Kirke, 42, have quietly welcomed their twin sons, months after announcing Kirke’s second pregnancy earlier this year. The couple shared the news on social media on Thursday, September 4, giving fans a brief, adorable peek at the newborns.
