Scholarships Given to Students in Peshawar
Special Assistant for Information, Barrister Saif, started a new scholarship program in Peshawar during a special event.
Here are the details:
10 PhD students were given Rs 1 million each.
20 MPhil students received Rs200,000 each.
60 students studying in professional institutes got Rs100,000 each.
250 students doing their bachelor’s degree (BS) got Rs70,000 each.
400 intermediate students (FA/FSc level) were given Rs50,000 each.
Morocco Offers Free Scholarships to Pakistani Students
Earlier, the Kingdom of Morocco announced 10 fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students. These are for students who want to study in Morocco for the 2025-26 academic year.
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan said that students from Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) can apply. These scholarships cover fields like:
Medical Studies
Engineering
Management Sciences
Veterinary Sciences
Architecture
Students can apply for undergraduate, master’s, or PhD programs.
Who can apply:
Must be a Pakistani or AJK citizen
Must not have dual nationality
For different levels:
Undergraduate: You must have completed 12 years of education (like FSc or A-level) and be 23 years old or younger.
Master’s: You need 16 years of education in a related subject.
PhD: You need 18 years of education in a related subject.
