PIA Launches New Direct Flights from Riyadh to Pakistan, Supports Arbaeen Pilgrims with Special Flights to Iraq

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a new direct flight service from Riyadh to several cities in Pakistan, aimed at making travel easier for the nearly 200,000 passengers who fly this route annually.

Officials say the new service will provide greater convenience and strengthen air connectivity between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

In addition to this, PIA recently rolled out special flights to Iraq to assist pilgrims traveling to Najaf for Arbaeen, following the government’s ban on road travel to Iran and Iraq.

The special flights began on August 8 and will continue through August 11, with return flights from Najaf to Pakistan scheduled between August 18 and August 23.

To make travel more affordable, PIA is offering discounted fares of $675 for these Arbaeen pilgrimage flights.
