Those who brought Imran to power also responsible for economic woes: Fazl

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), blamed former prime minister Imran Khan, former army chief General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa, and former DG ISI Lieutenant General (retd) Faiz Hameed for Pakistan’s current economic predicament, alleging that they were involved in this “project.”

Speaking at a rally in Peshawar, he attacked the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province’s previous administration, claiming that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government had been put in place to “damage the cultural traditions and Islamic values” of the region.

Fazl emphasized that Islamic doctrine is the cornerstone of Pakistan and expressed remorse for the country’s deviation from its ideals. He anticipated a win in the next elections, which are set for February 8, viewing the demonstration as evidence of the broad support for his party.

In remembrance of the millions who gave their lives in defense of Pakistan, he called for a fresh commitment to oppose international plots against the nation.

Drawing attention to Pakistan’s current economic crisis, the head of JUI-F claimed that the events were not coincidental and that a purposeful strategy was in place.

In the midst of Pakistan’s campaign to drive out illegal immigrants, the head of JUI-F issued a warning against making snap choices, particularly when it came to sending illegal Afghan immigrants back to their homeland.

He claimed that there was mounting pressure on Pakistan from various quarters to recognise Israel.
