Ingredients:
300 ml milk
2 tablespoon pureed pumpkin
20 ml vanilla extract
sea salt as required
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
20 ml caramel sauce
1 cup coffee decoction
1/2 cup whipped cream
How to make Salted Caramel Pumpkin Latte:
Step 1 Cook the milk and pumpkin pie spice
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin, caramel, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until the mixture comes to a very slight boil.
Step 2 Blend in nicely
Remove from the heat immediately and pour the mixture into a blender. Pulse for about 2 minutes or until very frothy.
