Just now, Drake shattered his own Billboard record.
The 37-year-old musician has been known for years as the performer with the most Top 10 singles on the Hot 100 lists of Billboard.
Following his most recent chart-topping partnership, Drake secured his 77th position on Billboard’s Top 10. His vocals were used on 4Batz’s debut song, Act II: Date @ 8, which debuted at No. 7 this week and features rising R&B singer 4Batz.
The song was first made available without Drake’s involvement last year. It was a chart triumph even back then.
But the song shot up to No. 7 last week when Drake helped release a remix version. It had previously peaked at No. 61.
The up-and-coming musician was also signed to a record deal by the Grammy-winning musician.
With this incredible accomplishment, Drake maintains his lead over other music legends as the artist with the most Top 10 songs in Billboard history.
Drake dominates the charts more than even strong competitors like Taylor Swift, who has an astounding 49 Top 10 songs to her credit.
