Stephen Baldwin Praises Daughter Hailey Bieber’s Billion-Dollar Business Success
In a rare public comment about his family, actor Stephen Baldwin opened up about his daughter Hailey Bieber’s recent business triumph during a podcast interview with Tori Spelling. The supermodel-turned-beauty entrepreneur recently made headlines when her skincare and cosmetics brand, Rhode, was sold to e.l.f. Cosmetics in a deal valued at over a billion dollars.
“I don’t usually talk about her, but my daughter has done the impossible, relatively speaking,” Baldwin said of the acquisition. “But in this day and age, in the last 10 years, it’s not impossible. It’s happened. It’s like these kinds of successes are happening.”
He added, “Young people are making unbelievable amounts of money on the internet in ways that are very sketchy. So God bless her,” referring to Hailey’s achievement.
Baldwin and his wife, Brazilian graphic designer Kennya Baldwin, have two daughters: Hailey, 28, and Alaia, 32.
The actor’s praise comes more than a year after Hailey herself spoke about her independent approach to life and family. “I’m not super close with my family at this point in my life because I feel like I’m very independent,” she said at the time. “I’m my own individual now, and I’ve built my own family.”
Hailey, who married Canadian popstar Justin Bieber in 2018, shares a one-year-old son, Jack Blues, with him.
