Taylor Swift responds appropriately to booing from NFL fans

As women hit the stage at the Grammys, Taylor Swift is aiming for a record

Pop sensation Taylor Swift responded to her detractors in her own unique way after hearing a barrage of jeers at Sunday’s Chiefs vs. New England Patriots game at Gillette Stadium.

When Travis was shoved during the game, the 34-year-old Cruel Summer hitmaker—who has been engulfed in a whirlwind affair with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end—became emotional.

Swift was seen cheering her boyfriend on, who eventually won, by bouncing up and down.

Even if the singer found the beginning of the game challenging, it could not have been all smiles by the conclusion. The NFL fans who started to jeer the Anti-Hero hitmaker Taylor seemed to have ill will toward him.

Taylor Swift reacted to the criticism by turning to her new best friend Brittany Mahomes and making an effort to put the critics’ concerns aside.

Following a barrage of jeers, Taylor turned to face Brittany and gave her a shrug. BuzzFeed reports that the singer stated, “I knew this was coming.”

The singer has caused controversy among sports fans ever since she went to her first NFL game in September. While some saw her as a distraction, others found her presence to be entertaining.

When the NFL replaced their Twitter banner with a series of pictures of the pop star to express their disapproval of Taylor Swift, they even received a lot of negative feedback.

Fans of Taylor Swift, however, flocked to social media to cheer her on and chastised sports fans for their mistreatment of the “Bad Blood” singer. One fan wrote: “It’s absurd that Taylor Swift is being jeered at tonight’s Chiefs game. People must retrain themselves to be morally upright people.”

However, another poster seemed to be lecturing Swifties about their responses to the sports fans, stating: “Look, I love Taylor, but her followers need to stop acting so irrationally about her being booed. She was speaking on behalf of the other team. Sports fans jeer at both their opponents and their supporters. It’s not a personal matter.”

In an interview to commemorate the occasion, Taylor Swift, who was most recently voted Time Magazine’s Person of the Year, talked about her relationship with the NFL player and his supporters, stating: “I don’t know how they know what suite I’m in.” I have no idea if I’m being viewed 17 times or just once because there’s a camera, like, half a mile away, and you have no idea where it is or when it will be used in the broadcast. All I’m doing is helping Travis. I don’t know if I’m annoying any dads, Brads, and Chads by being exhibited too much.”

Sam Altman, Barbie, King Charles, Vladimir Putin, and others who were shortlisted for the award were defeated by Taylor Swift. This year, she also became a billionaire thanks to her enormous 66-date tour
