Tom Holland Hospitalized After Stunt Accident on ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Set
London – Actor Tom Holland, 29, was rushed to the hospital on Friday, September 19, following a fall during a stunt on the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day at Leavesden Studios in Watford, England.
Sources report that Holland suffered a head injury and is being treated for a concussion. A woman, believed to be a stunt double, was also taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
While Holland’s representatives have not commented on his condition, his father, Dominic Holland, confirmed the accident during a recent public appearance. He noted that the Cherry star will be taking some time off from filming to recover.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the fourth installment in Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise, is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. The film stars Holland alongside his fiancée Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo, Michael Mando, and Tramell Tillman. It is scheduled to hit theaters on July 31, 2026.
