Armaghan Confesses to Killing Mustafa Amir
KARACHI – A shocking case has come to light in the murder of Mustafa Amir. According to the police report, two men, Armaghan and Shiraz, have confessed to the brutal killing.
The incident happened on February 6. Mustafa Amir went to Armaghan’s house at 9 a.m. There, Armaghan tortured him, tied him up, and put him in a car. Armaghan then drove to Hub in Balochistan.
Shiraz told police that Armaghan poured petrol on the car and set it on fire, killing Mustafa. CCTV footage near the Northern Bypass checkpoint shows the suspects. A waiter from a hotel where they had breakfast also gave a statement.
DNA tests confirmed the burned body was Mustafa Amir. Police also recovered a mobile phone used during the crime.
Both Armaghan and Shiraz made video confessions in front of the SSP. Two employees of Armaghan also gave statements in court. One girl injured by Armaghan also gave her statement.
The court has ordered the jail to present both accused at the next hearing.
New Case Against Armaghan:
Armaghan is also facing another case for allegedly attacking a journalist. He was brought to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi, but the hearing could not take place as the investigating officer (IO) did not appear.
The court was upset and ordered the IO to attend the next hearing and bring all case documents.
